This contract will proceeds on the foundation of our mutual trust,
at the same time, we will maintain secrecy about your (jia) affairs,help
you avoid unnecessary loss under the guidance of lius figure decision,
get rid of predicament and advance smoothly. We (yi) can provide services
for you as follows:
1. Provide comprehensive services such as space-time layout and
adjustment, hastening the money’s coming and bringing about prosperity,
tending to luck and avoiding harm for your building, hotel, house,
factory, mining, investment, trade, signing contracts and other managements.
Help you to develop smoothly.
2. Provide the best time and space for your auspicious naming, starting
business, going out, signing contract etc.
3. Provide predictions for your management, using person, important
decision to avoid unnecessary loss.
4. Often research your inborn luck, indicate chances of advancing
and retreating, know the luck and evil, fortune and disaster. Then
help you to know yourself and scheme yourself
5. Choose the best time and space for your holding important meeting,
taking part in important negotiation, going on trip etc. If the space
and time of some event had been fixed, but it is bad for you, we will
adjust it for, turn the evil to luck.
6. If you need my going abroad or being on a business trip, any
expenses that might be incurred in the course will be undertaken by
you.
7. According to the actual strength and scale of your enterprise,
you need to provide consulting expenses as follows: business enterprise
in small size (property is less than 30 billion Yuan): charge twenty
thousand to forty thousand Yuan every year. Business enterprise in
middle size (property is 30 billion to 100 million): charge forty
thousand to eighty thousand Yuan every year. Business enterprise in
big size (property is more than 100 million): charge eighty thousand
to fifteen thousand Yuan every year
8. Jia must hand in all the consulting expense to Yi every year,
this contract become effective on the day that Jia provides the consulting
expense.
9. The term of validity of this contract is one year; when the contract
expires, the both parties can sign contract continuously.
